1. What Candlemind is

Candlemind is an educational trading simulation tool that uses historical market data. It is not a broker, does not hold funds, does not execute real trades and does not provide financial advice or investment recommendations.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. You can request deletion of your account at any time by writing to the contact address above.

3. Virtual money, coins and lives

Balances, points, coins, lives, ELO, cards and certificates are virtual, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or withdrawn, and may be adjusted to correct errors or abuse. Coins can be spent on lives, cosmetic chart themes and permanent access to premium markets; nothing purchasable gives an advantage in the weekly leagues.

4. Unlimited plan

Candlemind Unlimited is a subscription of 4.99 € per month or 39.99 € per year (taxes included where applicable), billed through Stripe. It renews automatically for the same period until you cancel it from your profile; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. As a digital service that starts immediately, you agree that the 14-day withdrawal right ends once the service has been provided, without prejudice to your statutory rights.

4.1 Free week, pauses and cancellation offers

After completing the guided first lesson, new verified accounts receive 7 days of Candlemind Unlimited once, free of charge and without payment details; it ends automatically and never renews. When you cancel a subscription we may offer, once per account, 50% off your next two monthly charges or a one-month pause; during a pause your access lasts until the end of the period already paid and resumes with the next paid period.

4a. Coin packs

Coin packs are one-off payments processed by Stripe. The coins are credited to your account immediately after payment. Before paying you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once the coins have been delivered, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for this digital content. Coins are not refundable except where required by law and expire if your account is deleted.

4b. Replays of trades

The simulator records a short video replay of each closed trade, winning or losing. Candlemind may publish selected replays anonymously on its official social media profiles. Replays show only market data, the simulated trade and its score — never your name, email or any other personal data.

4c. Streak freezes, vacation mode and public profile

A streak freeze is a virtual item bought with coins (up to two at a time). It is used automatically for each day you don’t train, so your streak is kept; it has no monetary value. Vacation mode freezes your streak for up to 7 days, twice per calendar year, at no cost. You can make your profile public from your profile page: it then shows your name, profile picture, level, league, ELO, streak, average scores, certificates, concept cards, defeated bosses and up to three of your best trade replays at candlemind.site/u/your-name. You can make it private again at any time and the page disappears immediately.

4d. Affiliate program

Creators apply through the form on the affiliate page; Candlemind approves or rejects each application at its discretion and replies by email. Approved creators receive a personal link. If you sign up after visiting an affiliate link, your account is associated with that affiliate and they receive a commission on your payments for a limited period. This does not change your price or your rights in any way. Affiliates must clearly disclose that their links are affiliate links and may not promise profits or present Candlemind as financial advice. Commissions on refunded payments or fraudulent accounts are voided. To prevent self-referrals, sign-ups made from a device or connection the creator also uses are flagged and their commissions are held until reviewed.

4e. Invite a friend

Each account has a personal invite link. When someone signs up with it and completes their first trade, both accounts receive 7 days of Candlemind Unlimited (accounts already paying a subscription receive 700 coins instead). Rewards are limited to 20 per year per account and are not given when both accounts use the same device or connection. The reward has no cash value.

4f. Recommended prop firms

After passing the Candlemind challenge we may show third-party prop firms. Some links are affiliate links and Candlemind may receive a commission. Those firms are independent companies with their own terms; Candlemind does not guarantee their services.

5. Acceptable use

You may not automate use of the service, attempt to access other users’ data, manipulate results or interfere with the operation of the platform.

6. Certificates and Market Lens

Certificates (prop challenge and Bronze, Silver and Gold level exams) confirm that a challenge or exam was completed within the simulator. They are not an official qualification and do not guarantee success in the evaluations of real prop firms. The Market Lens explanations are an automated, rule-based reading of historical charts for educational purposes; they are not investment advice and other valid readings may exist. Candlemind may publish selected Market Lens explanations anonymously on its official social media profiles, showing only market data and the simulated trade.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. Simulated results do not guarantee future results. Candlemind is not responsible for investment decisions you make outside the platform.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. These terms are governed by Spanish law.
